It was pretty standard, with a focus on financial reporting (FR). The FP&A part of the role seems to be mostly about variance analysis, and less about project feasibility or ad-hoc analysis. I talked to a manager first, and then the CFO for the finance/FP&A position for most of the vertical groups (I interviewed with 3 different vertical groups).

The interview process was a mess. First, my initial interview got rescheduled 20 minutes beforehand, which was super unprofessional and felt like a bad sign. Then, the recruiter seemed totally unprepared and couldn't even discuss stuff from the job description. The next interview with the hiring manager was also weird; they weren't sure about the interview duration and brought up job duties not listed in the description, showing a clear lack of communication between them and HR. I actually felt more ready than the interviewer. After that, I heard nothing for over two weeks, despite following up, and then just got an automated rejection email. I definitely won't be applying to Constellation Brands again, especially after hearing about their recent layoffs. It feels like things are really going downhill there.

The interview process went smoothly. It kicked off with foundational ML queries, then delved into more complex topics like feature engineering, self-learning models, Agentic AI, and Reinforcement Learning. We also covered CNNs, ANNs, LSTMs, and RAGs, along with their applications and Python-specific questions.

I went through a time-consuming interview process that involved completing a "key strengths" personality assessment along with other digital exercises. After that, I got a feedback report detailing my strongest attributes. I also had to tackle some business simulation questions focused on planning and ordering. While not overly challenging, the whole experience took a while and didn't involve any live discussions.
