I went through a time-consuming interview process that involved completing a "key strengths" personality assessment along with other digital exercises. After that, I got a feedback report detailing my strongest attributes. I also had to tackle some business simulation questions focused on planning and ordering. While not overly challenging, the whole experience took a while and didn't involve any live discussions.

Presentation Behavioral

I had a great experience speaking with everyone I met during my interviews; they were all smart, engaging, and passionate about their work. The process itself was frustrating though. The first interview was four hours, and the second was three-and-a-half hours. Since I currently have a job, this was really hard to manage and I had to take a half day off each time, but I was willing to do it. I haven't heard back from Constellation since the second interview, even though I've tried to follow up multiple times. Even if I wasn't getting the job, I would have appreciated a 'no thank you' instead of being left hanging, especially after all the effort I put into making those two interviews (7.5 hours total!) happen. I heard they ended up hiring someone for the role. I'm not upset about not getting the job because I know not everyone is the perfect fit, but I'm really disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out for an initial screening. Then, they set up time with the hiring manager and a team interview. The hiring manager wanted to chat a second time, and I requested to meet with the team again. The recruiter was very communicative throughout the entire process, checking in to see how things were going.
