The whole thing took a while. I first had to do this test and a personality assessment, then a call with HR, and after that an online interview with the managers. Two managers talked to me since the job is open for both teams.

Behavioral Presentation

Constellation Brands is a great place to work, seriously. The HR Manager and VP of Marketing were super upfront about the job and company. I thought it would be like an interrogation, but it was actually really chill and friendly. They made sure I knew what to expect at each step. It was a good opportunity to show what I could do and also learn about the company culture and values. Quick heads-up: you'll likely chat with more than 6 people, so get your elevator pitch down pat. Have some situational answers ready, and it's okay to admit if you don't know something.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard from a recruiter in March. After about three weeks of no contact, I got a call in April to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager and HR, which lasted about 90 minutes. I was then told they would be interviewing other candidates for two more weeks. Three weeks after my interview, I tried reaching out to the HR contact multiple times with no response. I found it very unprofessional not to get any feedback or at least be told if an offer wasn't going to be extended or if another interview was planned. After that, I was really disappointed with the company, as I thought they were professionals. It's been 5 months with no update.
