Sales Trainee
The interview process was pretty straight forward, it started with a phone call, then an in person interview which had some pretty intense questions. The manager seemed like he was really trying to get to know me and make sure I was a good fit. It also consisted of some assessments.

Help Desk Analyst
I applied through Insight Global and had an in-person interview on June 2nd, 2025, that lasted about two hours. I started with an IQ and personality test that took about an hour, followed by a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. It seemed like a pretty standard interview for a help desk role. Sadly, two days later, I was told they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. Even though I have a good amount of technical experience, they were looking for someone with more customer service skills. I do appreciate the feedback though and would definitely recommend applying here if you're looking for a job and have the right qualifications.
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
Sales Management Trainee
The interview process wasn't too difficult, but it did involve an hour-long assessment. The questions asked were pretty standard. You'll also discuss your resume to give them some context. The job itself seems to have a low barrier to entry; I'd guess most candidates get hired unless there's an issue with the background check.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What sales experience do you have?
Management Trainee
The interview process was very good. I went to a career fair at my university, talked to some recruiters, and then got an interview the day after. The next step was a personality and behavioral assessment. Lastly, there was another interview where I met with the regional supervisor and the manager of the location. It was a very clear and efficient application process. I definitely recommend it.
- What are your five-year career aspirations?
