The process was pretty standard. It started with a career fair interview. They checked my resume in the morning and then interviewed me in the afternoon. First, I introduced myself. Then, they asked me a few questions about my views on sales and why I wanted to apply. Finally, I got to ask them some questions.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved an initial Zoom call, followed by an in-person meeting with the location manager. There was also a civics test at the end that took a significant amount of time, but it was considered by the interviewers. The interviews are primarily focused on assessing your personality, work ethic, and other intangible qualities, rather than specific skills you might prepare for. It's essentially a conversation. The civics test covers basic math, nothing too challenging. They expect to teach you industry-specific knowledge after hiring, so prior knowledge isn't crucial, though it might be helpful.
