It was a super easy process. They just wanted to know about my previous experience. It was a group interview, held in a large room where other interviews were also happening simultaneously. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and they had me complete some additional paperwork while I was waiting.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process included an HR interview, followed by a video call with my direct manager (N+1). Then there was a case study, which was quite extensive and I had almost 3 days to complete it. After that, I had an in-person interview with my N+1 in Paris, which required travel. I was quite disappointed because they didn't even bother to call me to decline my application, despite my investment. I only received a simple email of refusal.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter a few days later who wanted me to interview. They couldn't send me a job spec or any written role details besides the salary because the hiring manager was on holiday and didn't have time. So, I went to the interview and met this really arrogant guy. He was super rude, putting down the recruiter and me. He also said the salary I was told was wrong but didn't say what the right one was. When I asked questions, he got mad because he didn't know the answers. Left thinking I dodged a bullet!

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with the interviewer being 20 minutes late for the first scheduled interview, citing holiday schedules. After the first interview, I was told to wait until January for a new project and funding to be finalized before moving forward. February arrived, and although I was interviewing elsewhere, I remained interested in this position. I was even asked to re-apply for the current project. However, a month after my second interview, I received a rejection notice only because I insisted on emailing for an update; otherwise, they would have ghosted me after four months of stringing me along. Their operation is very inconsiderate and wastes my time with no excuse. They are very slow and don't consider others, not even providing a proper rejection in a timely manner. The bare minimum after months of waiting, only to be ignored like I wasn't eagerly awaiting a response given the current job market.
