It was a complete waste of my time. First, I had a lengthy phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. They mentioned they still had many other candidates to interview, but the job has been re-posted multiple times. I have no idea what or who they are searching for.

Had a phone call with a recruiter who mentioned I might be a fit for another role. They called back a week later and set up a video call for a few days out with the hiring manager, their supervisor, and another teammate. They talked about their jobs, we talked about my resume, and then they asked about 15 behavioral questions. It was a really positive experience and I felt at ease throughout. The recruiter called soon after to offer me the position.

Applied online and got an email the next day from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. I did research on the company and felt the phone interview went well. They make you take an accounting test, and if you pass, you move on to an excel test, and then I assume you get to do an in-person interview. I thought this process was unnecessary since the job said they'd consider new grads with good GPAs, and I fit that but still had to take the tests. The accounting test was 30 minutes with 25 questions, so you gotta be quick. I just graduated 2 years ago, but that didn't get me out of the excel test. A few days later, I got an email saying I was no longer being considered.
