I had an interview with 4 people: the head, deputy head, and an analyst from the area, plus the head of human resources. It was a mix of open questions, focusing on basic finance concepts, and specific knowledge about Alternative Investments, ETFs, and mutual funds.

So it took about 3 weeks from applying to getting the offer. Started with an email to set up a phone interview. Right after that call, they said they'd let me know about moving forward that day or the next, and I did hear back the same day. They scheduled an in-person with the hiring manager. Two days after that, another call to schedule another in-person, this time with the director. Then by the end of that week, they asked for references and then extended an offer. The questions were pretty standard, mostly about my background and skills. Everyone I met, from HR to the hiring manager and director, was really nice and made me feel comfortable.

it all starts with an email checking your salary expectations. then a phone interview is scheduled. If they like your answers on the phone, the next step is a group interview with management. Once that's done, there's one last interview with senior management. After the final interview, they'll call with the offer or send an email saying thanks but no thanks.
