The interview was short, quick, and efficient. The interviewer was very clear in their explanations, listened well, and conducted themselves professionally. After the interview with the recruiter, there's an interview with the area management, and then with the general management. Luckily, Cogna has great managers who can also conduct this process effectively.

The selection process had 3 stages. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had an interview with the area manager, who seemed to really like my profile. However, the process stopped at the Operational Manager, who was the last interviewer and is above the area manager I would have worked with more closely. The result was no feedback, which is typical of most companies. More of the same!

The selection process was very smooth, what was missing was the lack of response from the selection process, the vacancy disappeared from the GUPY portal, they were supposed to give a response and until today nothing. They contacted me to be part of the selection process and then they didn't even bother to give a response, even if it was negative.
