Analista
It was chill! They got back within the deadline. I did the first stage with HR, a light, receptive, and relaxed chat. The recruiter showed empathy, explained the steps well and made me feel comfortable, conveying security and professionalism throughout the selection process.
- Tell me about your previous job and your expectations.
Analista
The selection process was very smooth, what was missing was the lack of response from the selection process, the vacancy disappeared from the GUPY portal, they were supposed to give a response and until today nothing. They contacted me to be part of the selection process and then they didn't even bother to give a response, even if it was negative.
- What activities have you performed and what is your experience?
Systems Analyst
It was relaxed, the recruiter made the interview light. Then I had the interview with the area manager, which was also very good and relaxed. We talked and he made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The company really seems to be very good and seems to be growing.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Describe your typical day.
- Can you explain how the company culture operates?
