They initially contacted me via WhatsApp to schedule the interview, which took place on Google Meet. The interviewer was very kind and patient. After the interview, I was waiting for their feedback.

The process started great, the recruiter contacted me on Whatsapp and scheduled the interview. The interview was natural and interactive, with me and another candidate present. A few days later, I was told I passed to the next round with the manager. That interview was also interactive and good, but they said they'd give an answer by the next day, and I never heard back. I reached out to the recruiter on Whatsapp, but no response. It's been a month and no one has communicated with me. It feels very disrespectful, especially since the recruiter offered to answer any questions, but then didn't reply when I had them. I won't name the recruiter to avoid hurting their image, but this is a huge lack of respect.
