So the interview process usually starts with a recruiter call, then a technical assessment, maybe some behavioral interviews, then they'll do role-specific evaluations, team interactions, and then final interviews with leadership. It wraps up with reference checks and offer negotiation. Sometimes there are online tests, job simulations, case studies, cross-functional interviews, and they check cultural fit and communication skills too.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The hiring manager reached out to me about a role, but it wasn't the right fit. I sent my resume anyway and asked to be considered for other openings. They then told me about this one, which sounded great. A few days later, I had a good chat with the recruiter, and the role seemed like a match. Two days after that, I officially met with the hiring manager to discuss the role's technical aspects in more detail. We had a great conversation about the role, my experience, and her future vision. Three weeks later, the hiring manager set up in-person interviews with other team members, which took place two weeks after that. The final interviews were with the hiring manager, the CEO, and the person I would be replacing. These were mostly casual chats. The hiring manager wanted to check in and see how things were going. The CEO wanted to meet me since it was our first time talking and to answer my questions. The person I'd be backfilling was promoted, so I asked her about her experience and daily tasks. Overall, it was a positive experience with good communication from their side.
