I was invited for a group interview on a Sunday morning with 3 other candidates. We filled out an application and turned in our resumes and references. We were interviewed by three managers: a regional Store Experience Manager, a manager from another store, and the manager of the location we were interviewing at. They asked us why we were interested in the visual flip team and about our past work experiences. They also asked behavioral questions, which was unexpected. They briefly discussed other roles like cashiers and stylists and asked if we'd be interested in those, since visual flip work is only twice a month, or four times a month during holidays. The whole group interview took about an hour. We were told we'd hear back in a few days. I got a call the next day and was offered the visual flip position and a stock position.

The interview process was very quick and rushed, with not many questions asked. I had to fill out a questionnaire. The two visual managers interviewed me inside the store during operating hours while customers were shopping, so there was no privacy.

You'll start with a group interview where everyone gets asked the same questions. If you make it past that, you'll then have a one on one with the VMM. Lastly, to be considered for the job, you have to fill out an online questionnaire.
