Behavioral Technical Case

The candidate for Manager showed interest, but didn't meet essential criteria. Their communication was unclear and unstructured, making it hard to get ideas across. They didn't show the specialized technical knowledge needed, giving generic examples without depth. Their case analysis was superficial, lacking strategic focus. Descriptions of their leadership experience were vague and without tangible results. Decision: Do not proceed. The role needs clear communication, demonstrable expertise, and strategic thinking, which weren't evident here.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It all started with an HR call, where they asked me about my work experience and other similar questions. Then, an interview was scheduled, which they told me would be technical and gave me advice on the type of questions that might come up. The second interview was technical, by video call, involving an SQL test. Once I passed that interview, the next ones were very pleasant and easygoing, still asking about my work experience, what I knew about the company, etc. In my case, a video call was scheduled solely to resolve my doubts about the vacancy.

Behavioral

I had my first interview with Andrea, then she scheduled me for a second interview with my potential leaders. After that, Andrea contacted me again to tell me I had passed the filter and asked for information about my old job. Then she sent me an email to upload my documents. I was late starting training because I had to update my information with the SAT. Once that was done, Andrea gave me a training start date, but then told me it would be postponed because they didn't have enough people to start training. 15 more days passed, and Andrea finally contacted me again to confirm my start date.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your experience, availability, and responsibilities in your previous job, among other things.

Technical Presentation Behavioral

I recommend skipping the application stage here. They play with your time, keeping your work disguised as a 'technical exercise'. They never give you a chance to present it because they never schedule time for you to present, explain, or justify it. They just come with preconceived, rigid ideas and judgments about your work without allowing for dialogue, only the imposition of whoever is on the video call. They said they've already filled the position, and the ad keeps appearing every week, hindering and reposting it. They keep the work of everyone who applies. DON'T give your work away for non-existent positions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They ask for all your personal, professional info, expectations, and compensation; they never share anything about salary, then a call with the person calling themselves Manager, they ask you to download the app for the 'exercise' and later, a nonsensical call to hear unfounded ideas about the work done without allowing a real presentation and at the end a generic email about Thanks for participating.
