The process included 3 interviews (HR, Product Manager with a Head of Product) and a designer challenge that required at least 3 full days of work. The interviewers were friendly and focused on technical and strategic skills. I didn't get a response from the recruiter, whose communication was inconsistent. After I pushed for an update, they told me I was overqualified.

Worst process ever! There's a big lack of communication between HR and the product team and even internally the lead could tell you something and the Head other. I was first discarded and then back to the process and then discarded again.
