Behavioral Technical

The process took 3 weeks from the first interview. There were 3 rounds of interviews: 1. Screening with People (HR) to screen the profile. 2. Interview with the team. Here one or more people with the same role (different seniorities) conduct the interview. 3. Interview with the leader (director/vp). Afterwards, the People person informs you of the result and if it's positive, they make an offer. The contact with the People person is very cordial and direct (WhatsApp). Of the best recruitment processes I've participated in.
