We started with a phone screening by a recruiter. Then there was a virtual interview with a panel of Directors. The next step was a half-day, in-person interview with a panel of Directors and VPs, where you had to present a case study. This part was mainly to see how you present, if you have business acumen, and to make sure your personality and work ethic fit the organization, department, and your potential dyad partner. Finally, there was a more in-depth interview with your dyad partner, a practice provider panel, practice managers, and possibly the CMO and COO. There was also a background check.

I applied online, then had a phone chat with the supervisor. After that, I was called in for an in-person interview. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable, almost like a regular chat sometimes. Following the in-person part, I got to shadow the current Nutrition Tech, which was pretty interesting. About two days later, I got the offer.

Behavioral Technical

I had one virtual interview with a manager, followed by two panel/working interviews. My main frustration is with how hard it is to get hired here without knowing someone. The process feels really disrespectful when they're not interested in you. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend working here unless it's just for your resume. They'll make you wait for weeks and then ghost you. Since it's a non-profit, the pay isn't competitive with other places in the same field. They'll talk about 'other compensation' but ignore that most people don't care about the extras and would rather have a livable salary. It's definitely a stepping stone, and I'm able to do this and work another full-time job to compensate for the low pay.

Behavioral Case Group

You go into a room and a lot of questions are asked like your journey and why you chose pediatrics and nursing. Questions about your previous experience will be discussed and how you handled those situations. Scheduling will be discussed as well as department dynamic. I did a trial interview where I hung out with a nurse in the department for awhile and was able to see how I meshed with the other employees and the department as well as them seeing how they meshed with me.
