It was a pretty easy interview. They mostly asked about my previous experience in retail pharmacy and my education background. They mentioned that you don't need a lot of experience if you have a college degree and don't need to be certified. However, having previous experience as a tech in a hospital is a plus.

The interview was a two hour interview. Everybody was really nice, I would have to say overall the interview went really well. I had interviewed with two people first and did situational type of question. Next was an interview with the clinical pharmacist, and then the supervisor pharmacist. At the end I had an math test which was easy.
