I applied twice for this role. The first time, a recruiter set up an interview but then ghosted me, saying the role was 'already offered.' The second time, a different recruiter was professional and explained the role well, and I had an interview that went really well. Unfortunately, I got an email rejection the next day. The role is posted again now, making me question if it was ever real or worth pursuing.

The recruiting call was straightforward, covering why I applied, how I found the job, and my background. Then came the OA, which was the CCAT Assessment (50 questions in 15 minutes). The Superday involved 4 interviews back-to-back with team members, featuring a mix of behavioral, experiential, and technical questions, including one case study. Finally, I had an interview with a managing director, which was mainly about my past experiences. The whole process took about 2.5 months from application to offer.

Behavioral Other

A recruiter from Chatham reached out to me on LinkedIn about a job. I sent my resume and then applied through LinkedIn as they asked. They scheduled a time to chat with the recruiter. I confirmed the meeting time via email, but then got an email saying my email was blocked. I got the interview confirmation, but no Zoom link was included. I tried contacting the interviewer multiple times to get the link, but never got a response. I noticed several red flags with this company. I'd be careful about using the LinkedIn login for setting up interviews!

Behavioral Technical Other

4 initial interviews and a written test. Worst interview experience so far. All interview rounds were conducted by "veterans" (10+ years at the firm), in opposition to the people you will be working with/for. This essentially leads to a cult mentality, further adding to the bizarre questions asked in the interviews. Very few questions were actually asked regarding the job role and my previous experience. 3rd/4th interviews were back to back, just over two hours. The 4th round was definitely a large eye-opener as the interviewer arrived late, sat on her laptop the whole time and would interrupt my answers. This led to a very awkward/stressful interview. Thankfully one of the interviewers had done my role, and asked me some interesting questions, and was able to get an idea of my technical experience. No feedback was even given after the 4th round rejection.
