First, there was a 45-minute Skype call with a coding exercise using Codility. Then, a 4-hour face-to-face interview. This included another 1-hour coding exercise and 3 hours split across multiple interview panels, each 30-45 minutes long. During the 3-hour block, there was a whiteboard session for writing pseudocode on brain teasers.

The whole process was pretty good, how I like it when looking for a job. First up was an online test on CoderByte where I had to make a password validator with specific rules. If you can code, it's not too hard. Then, I had a technical interview with two senior devs, who were really nice, making it a comfortable chat. We went through my resume and they asked some standard interview questions. The last part was a screen share where I had to solve a Leetcode-style problem (LC Easy. 20. Valid Parentheses). They were super supportive and gave hints when I got stuck. After I finished, we talked about optimizing my solution and other adjustments.
