I applied online through my campus job board and got picked for an interview at school. I had my interview with a recent grad and a managing director. They invited me to their super day at HQ. The super day had two quick tests for accuracy and a longer GMAT-style math test. Then I had 4 interviews, each with two people from different departments.

So I submitted my CV and cover letter. Then, they emailed me and we set up a 30-minute phone chat. We talked about when I'm free, my studies, past jobs, and my personality. It felt good, nice vibe. Next, I was asked to come in for an in-person meeting. First up were some tests: a Maths one (like GMAT), a Logical Reasoning one, and two accuracy checks where I had to compare numbers. It was a bit draining but manageable. After that, I had two back-to-back meetings, each with two staff members, lasting about 45 minutes. Lots of questions about skills and a couple of brain teasers. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone was super friendly. I didn't move forward after that, so I don't know the rest. Overall, it was a professional and welcoming experience.

Had a phone interview first, then a full day of onsite interviews. The onsite part had about 8-10 different people interviewing me, with 4-5 separate interviews in total. Pretty much every interviewer asked the same 'walk me through your resume' type of question, and then they hit me with a brainteaser. The brainteasers were tough but doable, and they gave us plenty of time for them.
