The first step was a one-on-one chat with the Assistant General Manager where I got asked basic behavioral questions like about my resume, my strengths and weaknesses, and why I was interested in Charming Charlie. Then, we had a group interview with the General Manager, which was more about the role itself and how I'd handle different situations when working with customers in the store.

The interview was pretty short, only about 20 minutes, and I talked with both the general manager and the assistant manager. They asked about my past work in customer service and sales. There was a part where they wanted me to pick out a fun outfit, and I guess I didn't do great because I didn't add many accessories. They finished by asking about my availability and said they'd call me back either that day or the next, but I never heard from them.
