So the interview process at Celigo was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter call, then I had some interviews with a team member and the team manager. After that, there was a panel presentation, and then I interviewed with the VP of the division. After that, they checked my references thoroughly and ran a background check before making an offer. The communication was good throughout and I felt confident in the process.

Behavioral

I had a recruiter call that felt pointless and biased. The recruiter wasn't familiar with my resume and didn't seem to understand the role, as they couldn't ask relevant questions. They were unprepared and kept interrupting me to take notes, even though an AI was supposed to be doing that. It was obvious they were disinterested once they discovered my ethnicity, mumbling and slurring their words so they were unintelligible. I suspect the recruiter wanted to hire a friend or family member and deliberately tried to sabotage the call.

I just went through the Celigo interview process for a sales position. It was really well-organized and thoughtful, one of the best I've experienced. Every stage, from the first recruiter chat to the final panel interview, was clear and made sense. They really seemed focused on making sure it was a good fit for both sides, not just going through the motions. The interviewers were prepared and asked good questions that dug deeper than just the surface, and they made sure it felt like a real conversation.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The online assessment had tough questions about matrix operations and dynamic programming (DP), needing good knowledge of algorithms and problem-solving. The problems checked both technical skills and how well I could implement solutions. In the interviews, the first round was about explaining my OA solutions and talking about my past projects. The second round was more about advanced DP and graph questions, asking me to show I understood concepts like graph traversal and optimization strategies.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about the matrix operations and dynamic programming (DP) questions from the OA.
