Case Presentation Behavioral

It started with a case study round. They gave a case study and the next round is based on that if the case study is approved. I have been through more than 5 rounds and talked to almost 10 people in this process. They were good at the start to tell about the result of the previous round (not the feedback) but suddenly they stopped on what is the status and after multiple follow ups they updated that I am not selected because they have put my profile on hold. Advise - if you consider that interviewer time is important so does ours. You should let people know if they are not selected rather than for your benefit scheduling their further interviews

Okay so first we did a case study that they gave a couple of days to submit. Then there was an HR round for assessing culture fit. After that, I had a round with a Senior Product Manager for product interviews. Then a Hiring Manager Round to assess role suitability. Finally, I met with the VP Product for an overall fitment assessment.

Case Behavioral

The whole thing took like over a month. It started with a case study, then an HR chat about culture fit. After that, I talked to the GM, then the Director of R&D, and finally a Lead Engineer. If the feedback wasn't clear, there was an extra round with a PM from another product. Once all that was done, the HR in Hyderabad just ghosted me. No matter how many emails or calls I made, they wouldn't reply. Then one day, just a message saying my skills didn't match. You do get some experience out of it, but the HR team is super unresponsive. My advice? If you're really aiming for a job here, don't bother. I've also heard they do layoffs pretty suddenly. They really don't seem to value people or their time, and it's not professional at all.
