Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Celigo.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was really straightforward and transparent, with excellent communication. The recruiter was upfront about all the benefits and pay right away, without delaying the information. The hiring managers were quite engaging during my interview.
- Can you explain how to use Celigo's software?
Customer Success Manager
Started in October. The recruiter and hiring manager were great. Then it got weird with the CSM Leads. Their interviews felt like an interrogation, especially the 20-minute mock renewal presentation. They were super harsh, I could barely get through a slide. It was like hazing. I was told my CSM style was different and they wouldn't hire me.
- What was the number of accounts you managed?
Customer Success Manager
It was a long interview process. I had 4 interviews over a month and a half. One of the calls involved a mock onboarding kick-off call presentation. They asked challenging questions. The direct manager was not an employee focused 'people person', which I gave the benefit of the doubt as it was a mock kick-off, since customers can sometimes be challenging. After hiring, this behavior continued and excuses were made constantly for this person.
- What is your approach to managing a customer who is unhappy with the projected project completion timeline?
