Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Celigo.
Account Executive
There were 3 rounds for this interview process. The first was with the hiring manager, then the direct manager, and finally the org director. You need to be ready to talk about your experience and any metrics that show how you affected your previous org. It wasn't as scary as other interviews I've had.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully navigated a difficult situation?
- Please provide details and metrics demonstrating your impact in your previous role.
Account Executive
The interview process at Celigo was pretty bad, though getting up to the interview itself was fine. One of the interviewers was 15 minutes late and seemed totally disengaged, like they didn't want to be there, which made me feel like I didn't get a fair shot. I could tell from their attitude I wasn't getting the job. I was initially told I'd hear back in 24-48 hours, but after emailing around the 40-hour mark, I was told they were meeting with the team that day. It took nearly a week to get any further response. I'd recommend avoiding Celigo because a poorly managed hiring process likely means a poorly managed work environment. Overall, the whole process is poorly managed.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What is your current role and responsibilities?
- Tell me about a significant deal you successfully closed.
Account Executive
The process was slick, efficient, and very informative, with lots of touch points and clear guidance. They communicated expectations clearly and the team was super helpful. They walked through the offer details clearly and responded really fast.
- Can you describe your past experience and how quickly you can get up to speed?
