Presentation Case

Overall, the interview experience was good and made the role seem like a great opportunity. However, a concerning moment was how salary discussions were handled. After getting the offer and trying to negotiate respectfully, the offer was withdrawn. While I get that companies have limits, their unwillingness to talk makes me question how flexible and communicative they are.

First I had a screening call with HR, then I had an interview with the hiring manager and leader, it was online or in person. Finally, they called to see if I wanted to accept the offer.

I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone call interview. This was a standard recruiter interview where they asked me about my prior experience and explained more about the role. I was then moved to the next round, which was a 2-hour Zoom interview with four team members. Each person met with me for 30 minutes and asked questions. The questions were not difficult but were repetitive, as I was asked the same questions four times. This felt like it could have been a group interview. I followed up three times with no response, and it's been months without hearing back.

Behavioral Technical

I found the role on LinkedIn and had a quick call with a recruiter. They told me about the jobs and asked if I was interested. After that, they sent my details to some teams, and the teams who liked my profile set up in-person panel interviews. These interviews happened at their office and were 30 minutes long, with 2-3 people interviewing me at once. They asked typical 'tell me about yourself' and behavioral/scenario questions. It was a bit disorganized because they didn't book rooms ahead of time, but everyone was nice and professional.
