I submitted a written application and then had a Skype interview. They determined I wasn't a good fit for the role I applied for, but they recommended a different position. The whole process was nice. The Skype interview lasted about 30 minutes and was mainly to understand my interests and answer my questions about the company.

The process is kind of weird, but from what I hear, it's becoming more and more normal for the industry. They emailed me a little while after I applied and wanted me to complete a video interview, but where questions pop up on my screen and my answers are recorded - there's no person to talk to, you're just talking into your camera.
