Technical Account Manager
I was reached out to and didn’t apply myself. I mentioned that I am not technical but was told, you don’t have to be technical for the role. Did 5 steps in total, one even face 2 face, everything was straight forward and the interviews went all well. But after the final round, with a former CEO, nothing, no feedback nothing. Contacted the recruiter, who to start with convinced me this is the right move and was super nice and helpful over the whole process, but nothing came back from them. So I did again and still nothing, but here I see they are active on LinkedIn and life is great while the company files for IPO.
- What's your approach for customers who aren't engaging?
Project Manager
First, they'll look at your resume and if you're selected, you'll get a call. They'll share the online interview invite. During the screening call, they'll ask about your salary expectations. After the screening, you'll get an invite for a personal interview with the VP - Program Manager, followed by two more rounds with the Program Manager and Senior Project Manager.
- Can you tell me about your work background?
- What's your strategy for handling urgent client requests just before a project launch?
Software Engineer
I applied through campus recruitment and the whole thing wrapped up in about two days from the first test to hearing back. First up was an online test with MCQs on OOP, SQL, and DBMS, plus a coding question. Then, a written coding test with two dynamic programming problems. After that, I had my first technical interview which was just one coding question. The second technical interview was more diverse, including coding, DBMS, SQL, and OOP. Finally, there was a mixed HR and technical round where we talked mostly about my project, digging into the technical details and my role. It all felt pretty smooth, the interviewers were good, and I liked that they mixed coding with core tech knowledge.

Pre-Sales Consultant
My hiring experience from campus might be a bit different. It started with a group discussion, followed by a personal interview, and then a case presentation with the hiring manager. The case usually involves a scenario similar to an existing Capillary client, focusing on understanding business outcomes and the value of a CRM/Loyalty solution, rather than the tech itself.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you share an example of a loyalty program you admire and explain your reasoning?
- In your opinion, is loyalty beneficial in the F&B sector? Please back up your points.
