I went through two rounds for the Assistant Delivery Manager position. It started with a phone call, and after that, I was invited to their Hyderabad office for an in-person interview. That interview was brief. They let me know that HR would contact me for a final round. I waited three days, then emailed them for an update, but they never responded. It was disappointing not to hear back, especially after traveling to their office. Guess it's good I'm not working there.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So, the interview process was quite something. It started with three face-to-face interviews and then a telephonic round. The first F2F was with a DM. He hit me with the usuals: 'Why MBA?', 'How would you fit into the role?' (which I backed up with my past activities and internships), and 'Tell me about yourself?'. After that, we just had a casual chat, and he gave me the lowdown on the job. Then, I was off to the next interview, also with a DM. This one was more about putting me in the hot seat with real-time scenarios. They simulated a client call and asked how I'd handle client issues and juggle team and self-pressure. After I wrapped that up, I moved on to the third round with the GM, Delivery. She really put my analytical and logical skills to the test with another real-time client scenario. I leaned on my previous interview experience to answer her questions. The final round was the HR call, conducted over the phone. She asked for my introduction and about my hobbies. She also quizzed me on my understanding of the job role, which I think I answered well.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interviewer was incompetent and unaware of the role's current needs. He stated that the company's success stems from sales team relationships, not product quality. His approach was outdated and focused on irrelevant criteria for the position.
