Applied to multiple offers at once. CV pre-selection. First round is a video interview on a platform. You get asked a question and have a set time to answer on video. Then there's a group video presentation of the different roles. You have to rank the roles you're interested in. After that, interviews with the managers of the selected roles might be offered. Finally, you create a ranked list of your preferences, and managers do the same with candidates they met. HR then matches everything up and proposes roles accordingly.

I had an HR screen call, then I interviewed with team members (Manager and Team Leader). The process was fast and clear. All questions aligned with the job description. No confusing or off-topic questions were asked. I got feedback soon after each step and communication was clear the whole time. They asked for a reference from my previous job to check things.

Had two interviews. During the second one, the manager didn't ask me any questions at all. After these interviews, I got an email saying the position was filled by someone else. The next day I saw the job posted again on the careers site and on LinkedIn! A waste of time and a big lack of respect! Please review the recruitment process with your managers!!

The recruiter called late without apologizing. I asked about the salary range for the FullStack Developer position. She said she didn't know and needed to check. When I stated my salary expectations, she said it wasn't possible and asked me to introduce myself. Since my range seemed outside the budget, I asked what the budget was to see if I could adapt, as the role interested me. She then ended the call. I also sent a complaint to management. Very negative experience.
