Le processus de recrutement est assez long et demande beaucoup de disponibilité. L'avantage, c'est qu'on a l'opportunité de rencontrer plusieurs personnes, ce qui donne une bonne vue d'ensemble des tâches. Il faut montrer qu'on sait s'adapter et avoir de la personnalité pour réussir les entretiens.

Talent Days Canal+ : Processus en 3 temps 1. Compléter son profil sur la plateforme JobTeaser, postuler à l'événement Talent Days Canal+, joindre son CV et choisir sa filière 2. Entretien vidéo de 5 min sans interlocuteur, 3/4 questions/réponses du tac au tac 3. Toute une après-midi dans les locaux de Canal+, commençant par une présentation de l'entreprise et des offres proposées sur la filière, vient ensuite le choix de 4 offres, puis s'enchainent les différents entretiens en mode "speed-dating".

The interview process involved an initial HR call with basic questions to understand the role. This was followed by a meeting with the manager to discuss the position and required skills in more detail. Although the interviews went well and I was promised a prompt response, I haven't received any feedback despite multiple follow-ups. This has also happened to me before and other acquaintances have been ghosted by the company. It’s quite strange.
