First, they reviewed my CV and cover letter. Then, there was an online video interview where a robot asked questions. I had 30 seconds to think and then 1 minute to respond on camera. There were 5 questions in total, so it was quick. The last step was an interview with the manager.

It felt a bit impersonal. Too bad you don't know the offers in advance. The process is in 3 stages during the Talent Days (recruitment for January and July): - CV selection - Record a video answering 5-6 questions. - Only after passing the video stage can you see the fifteen or so offers in your field (like Product Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Finance, etc...) - Video interview (due to Covid) with the managers of your top 3 preferred offers. - You then receive (or not) a proposal for one of these offers.

I already went through a recruitment session. During this session, we had a video to present the Canal+ group, then a group case study. We were in groups of 5 and had to respond to a problem in about fifteen minutes. Then, we presented as a group, in front of everyone, the case we had worked on. The managers then arrived to present the offers we could apply for beforehand. After that, we had individual interviews (about 10-20 min) with the relevant managers. The interview focused on my profile, my experiences, and why I wanted to join Canal+. The next day, the manager called me back for a second interview. Again, the interview was about my profile but lasted about an hour. It was a more in-depth interview and the manager was able to describe the position precisely.
