The interview process started with a phone call, which was a normal phone interview. After that, I was asked to come in for an interview with the manager the same day. I felt very comfortable with the manager. She wanted to hire me right away, but the main issue was salary.

The interview went smoothly. First, I chatted with the recruiter. Then, I met with my potential direct manager, followed by the department director. All interactions were professional and well-handled. The interviews were conducted via phone and video calls.

The recruiter call was good, but then the hiring manager interview was a mess. They didn't know what they wanted or what the job was about. It felt like having all the skills still might not be enough. I don't think anyone got hired for this role, maybe they even got rid of it. It seemed really unprofessional and a total waste of time. Seriously, do better.

So the interview process was with two managers and they were super friendly. Since I didn't have much experience back then, they really focused on what I could bring to the table and how the training works. It was a pretty easy interview overall. Oh, and part of the online application, you have to do a personality quiz and a basic math quiz. If you don't pass those, they won't even call you. Make sure to call the stores you're interested in to check if you passed, because my manager sometimes forgot to check the system.
