I was contacted within a week after submitting my application for an open position. The interview was with two people. It was very simple and informal. They asked the usual questions and many about dealing with customers, simulating situations, etc.

The hiring process took about a week. The first step was a group interview with HR, where we covered personal introduction topics. The second step was an interview with the store manager, who asked about my happiest day, what makes good customer service, a difficult work situation I've faced, and generally how I handle my daily work environment.

You'll be given a specific time to be at the store. When you arrive, ask for an employee. They'll let someone know, and staff will come get you. Then, in a room, they'll ask you questions like 'Tell us about yourself' and 'What experience do you have?' After that, they'll tell you about the job itself.

I interviewed with the area managers, who seemed to like me a lot and said they would pass me on to HR. I only heard back after weeks (and after I followed up). HR asked me about my salary expectations and said they'd be in touch, but never actually scheduled an interview. I tried contacting them again after weeks and they said the process was still open and they'd have news for me by the end of the week. That feedback never came, I just received the rejection email, with no explanation. Improve!
