I was contacted within a week after submitting my application for an open position. The interview was with two people. It was very simple and informal. They asked the usual questions and many about dealing with customers, simulating situations, etc.

Overall, the interview was great. When I arrived, there were six people, and the interview was one-on-one. The interviewer was very polite and made me feel comfortable talking and sharing my experiences, which helped a lot and made me less tense and nervous. He asked about my experiences, about me, about college, and also explained the role, salary, and benefits.

It was good in the first interview, okay, in the second phase and from a group of 17 people it's another group of interviewees with 24, only I and 3 others were left for the end which was with the manager. With 5 vacancies, I was certainly rejected in the last one for not having experience in the area and the other 3 passed, even though 2 of them wanted the temporary job but it wasn't. It turned out that one didn't take it right away, and another didn't stay. The one who didn't want it took away the chance not only mine, but also someone else's and while they didn't approve me for not having experience but being responsible, they ended up taking away my opportunity to give it to someone who didn't want it "because they had experience, all 3". I also think that if they see someone who doesn't fit the role in their opinion, why not dismiss them right away? This way they wouldn't have given me hope only to deny me the job later!!!! Why only offer opportunities to those who already had a thousand and didn't stay?! We are all capable.
