It was a two-phase interview. First, I talked to HR and she asked some good questions. Then, I had a second interview with two hiring managers where I had to give a presentation. One of the managers seemed uninterested and didn't really engage.

They asked about my old job experience and when I could start. We also talked about what I think of the job and my availability. It was a pretty easy chat and the boss was nice. They mentioned German language skills are needed for the role.

Participei do processo seletivo da C&A modas em Nova Iguaçu. O processo em si foi bem rápido, mas tivemos que esperar por cerca de meia hora. Quando entramos na sala, havia uma mesa onde os primeiros a chegar sentaram. Depois, faltou lugar ao redor da mesa e os outros tiveram que sentar mais afastados. O processo foi rápido, eles apresentaram a história da empresa, aplicaram uma prova de português e matemática, uma redação "sobre mim" e fizemos uma dinâmica de grupo.
