First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C&A.
Product Manager
After an initial invitation, there was no further communication. The interview itself was substantively okay and appropriate for the position. The company culture seemed rather conservative. Last year, bonuses for all IT staff were eliminated, which I was at least honestly informed about.
- Why do you want to switch to C&A?
Product Manager
It was about 3 interviews total, with the head of buying, the department manager, and HR. The whole process took a while, but it was really well-organized. The only downside was that they weren't always on time. Everyone was really respectful and professional towards me.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Product Manager
First, there was an analytical/numerical test, then an 'aesthetic' test where you had to choose between 2 drawings each time and decide which one you found prettier. I think the main thing was not to hesitate too long and to be consistent in what you found 'pretty'. This was followed by a personality test and then an interview with 2 HR people who asked about motivation, experience, and personality.
