First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bynder.
Solutions Engineer
Bynder's HR was super understanding and made coordinating interviews across time zones a breeze, especially since I'm in Melbourne. I found out I didn't get the role after the senior director interview, but the whole experience was still great. One thing to note, they used Zoom for one interview and the invite went to spam, so definitely check your spam folder. The coolest part was when I got sick right before an interview and HR was awesome enough to reschedule with very little notice – not something you see everywhere. It was a really smooth and well-run process overall.

VP Customer Success
Started with an HR screening call, which went well and I thought I'd move forward. Then radio silence for four weeks, despite me reaching out. When I said I was out due to the lack of communication, they apologized profusely and set up a second interview with the Chief People Officer. I went for it, and it was surprisingly great, renewing my interest. They were keen and planned a third, in-person round for the next week. Again, silence. I followed up multiple times with no response. Finally, after reaching out to the CPO on LinkedIn, I was told they went with someone else. Honestly, the worst communication and interview process I've ever encountered.
- Could you describe your 30, 60, and 90-day plan for this role?
Account Executive
The interview process was structured, transparent, and respectful. I got a clear role overview from the recruiter, then a business-focused interview with the hiring manager, followed by a fair role play using real scenarios. Feedback was timely, communication was consistent, and each step felt purposeful. Overall, it was a professional and candidate-friendly experience.
- Can you describe what a typical sales cycle involves?
- Please walk me through a successful deal you've closed.
- How do you typically handle objections during the sales process?
Customer Success Manager
Had a phone screen, then interviewed with a manager, then with two other CSMs. After three interviews, I was given an assignment to create an executive business review for a customer of my choice, and present it to a panel. I spent hours on the assignment over the weekend, and got great feedback during the presentation interview, but then they ghosted me. Hopefully, this doesn't happen in 2025. Be professional and follow up with candidates, it's not that difficult.
- Can you explain what a QBR is?
