Had a phone screen, then interviewed with a manager, then with two other CSMs. After three interviews, I was given an assignment to create an executive business review for a customer of my choice, and present it to a panel. I spent hours on the assignment over the weekend, and got great feedback during the presentation interview, but then they ghosted me. Hopefully, this doesn't happen in 2025. Be professional and follow up with candidates, it's not that difficult.

It felt like they already had someone lined up for the role. During the first interview, I was told I might be overqualified even though I only had a year of relevant client-facing experience. They didn't seem to want me to move forward, which I can only explain by the recruiter not asking many questions and not showing much interest.

So first, I chatted with a recruiter from Bynder on the phone for about 45 minutes. We talked about my background and also about how Bynder operates and more details on the role. Next, I had an onsite interview with two managers, which went a little over an hour. It covered my past work experiences and how I typically collaborate in a team and handle tough situations. The third interview was also onsite, with two other CSMs. This one felt more like a chance for Bynder to give me a clearer picture of the CSM team, to help me confirm if this was the right move for me. Tomas the recruiter actually gave me a call after each interview to see how it went. The whole thing wrapped up in 3 weeks, which was pretty quick.
