Had a video call with the internal recruiter. Then a video call with the product owner and team leader. Next was a take-home assignment that took me two days to complete. Finally, had a video call with two engineers where we discussed my solution, they asked me some questions, and I got to ask them questions about the team and their work.

So I started with an HR call, then a technical interview, after which I was given a take-home assignment. I put a lot of my own time into this. Then we had another interview to go over it, and the team seemed to really like my work on it. They said they'd get back to me in about 10 days, but after 10 days they still weren't ready to say anything. Finally, after another week, I reached out again and got a rejection email from a no-reply address. Honestly, it seems like it's not worth doing their assignments because you might just be wasting your time, and it doesn't seem to matter how well you do or how much effort you put in. They basically strung me along for like 2.5 weeks as a backup and then just ghosted me with an unanswerable email.

I had a chat with the CEO about my background. Then there was a homework test. After that, I had an online challenge with someone from the engineering team, involving screensharing. Finally, they made an offer, but the salary was quite low for a senior dev, especially since I applied from abroad. I suspect the salary would be higher for someone from the Netherlands. Overall, the interview process was fine, and the people were really nice.
