The interview consisted of standard questions, with no real engagement from the interviewers. It felt like they weren't interested in getting to know me or using the opportunity to learn about the candidate. Apparently, the position was already filled by someone the management recommended. The hiring manager didn't seem to know much about the process, or perhaps didn't want to show it.

The interview process involved three rounds: first an HR call, then a meeting with the line manager, and finally with senior management. They sent an online interview meeting link. They offered good support, cooperation, and understanding. They checked my qualifications and skills. They also asked about my expected salary.

The company responded quickly and they are open to development for both parties involved. They have clear goals and expectations for employees. Someone mentioned that a language barrier could be a problem, which might be true, but it's important to stay open-minded. This is true globalization, not just about the West, not about the South or East, but everyone matters.

Behavioral Other

The interview itself was pretty good, professional and engaging. But the recruiter didn't know much about the basic employment stuff like remote work, benefits, exact hours, or overtime pay because the company was still setting up in Poland. The bonus system seemed a bit iffy, like a way to pay less base salary. The follow-up was a disaster though. They promised feedback in 3-5 days and seemed really interested, but I heard nothing. I had to chase them multiple times, and after four weeks, they finally said the process was paused because of changing business needs and I was too expensive. Super unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
