The interview process included an HR representative, the line manager, and the business unit director. They were quite amiable. Some questions were very specific, based on provided scenarios. However, communication via email after the interviews was rather slow, which might suggest they weren't fully convinced. I'd say there were about 3 rounds.

I had three interviews. First was with a technical person from the department, then a supervisor from the department, and last was with HR. It was super chill, like just talking. Didn't really ask about job stuff.

First I had an HR call, then they asked me to come into the office for a face-to-face interview. After the on-site interview, I got an offer call and we discussed the offer details. Then things got weird. They wouldn't reply to emails and only talked on the phone. Once, with only 15 minutes notice, they set up a meeting at headquarters which turned out to be another interview, and I didn't even know. During the meeting, the headquarters person didn't turn on her camera and asked questions unrelated to the role or product. The HR person had to explain the situation to her. Shockingly, she also asked about my family. I asked what she meant, and she said to answer based on my understanding. The next day, they rescinded my offer. This whole horrible experience should alert anyone thinking about joining this company - be careful!
