So there were four rounds total. The first two were coding tests, like the first one was just basic aptitude stuff, and the second was more focused on .NET, C#, and SQL Server. Then there was a short technical interview, maybe 15-20 minutes, about C# basics and .NET Core Web API. The next one was a longer technical interview, about 45-50 minutes, covering .net, sql, and some basic DSA normal array questions. Lastly, the fourth round was an HR interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Asked about C# basics and .net core basics. Additionally, was asked to write some LINQ and SQL queries.

It was a quick 10-14 minute phone call, then I had an in-person meeting with two managers. The process was decent overall, but I was annoyed that they didn't mention upfront that they only wanted technical graduates. They told me this only after I met them at the end, which felt like a waste of time. However, the overall process seems sensible.

Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process had 4 rounds in total. First, an online aptitude test, which honestly felt useless. Then, Technical Round 1, a virtual session with a Senior Business Analyst, covering role-specific and scenario-based questions. Technical Round 2 was a panel interview with some questions about past experiences, SQL, and some confusing scenario-based questions. My suggestion to management: figure out what you're looking for before wasting everyone's time with hour-long interviews.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about your experience.
  • How would you handle these scenarios?
  • Can you answer some SQL questions?

I sent in my application through a job portal and the HR team was pretty quick to get back to me. The interview process was really well set up and everyone was super professional. There were 4 parts to it. The first part had a general aptitude test and an online technical test. If you passed that, you moved on to the first technical interview. This was a video call where they asked about basic QA terms and some simple Java programming and Selenium stuff. The third round was also a technical one, but it went deeper into framework knowledge, Selenium, API testing (both manual and automated), core Java, and databases. This round lasted about 1.5 hours. The interviewers in both technical rounds were really helpful and kept things calm. The last round was with HR, face-to-face. They asked about general life stuff, my current project, and career goals. It was a really chatty session and the HR head was very easygoing and friendly.
