Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process had 4 rounds in total. First, an online aptitude test, which honestly felt useless. Then, Technical Round 1, a virtual session with a Senior Business Analyst, covering role-specific and scenario-based questions. Technical Round 2 was a panel interview with some questions about past experiences, SQL, and some confusing scenario-based questions. My suggestion to management: figure out what you're looking for before wasting everyone's time with hour-long interviews.

  • How would you handle these scenarios?
  • Can you answer some SQL questions?

Technical Behavioral

So first, there was a logical reasoning test, then writing a moral of a story based on 4 ducks and also describing questions about yourself and your strength and weakness. After that, you have to wait for 30 minutes, then a technical round with domain-specific questions and questions about your current role and responsibilities. After a day or two, there will be a second technical round with AVP or VP, some scenario-based questions, and questions about your role and responsibility. The final HR round will be there after two days, asking about your notice period and salary expectations. Then in a day, they will release the offer.

Behavioral Technical

It was pathetic & completely unprofessional. The first round was a basic CIS asking about your detailed information and salary expectations. The second round was a logical test. The HR initially said they would provide an online link for the logical test, but after I submitted my CIS form, she gave me pen and paper for the logical test. Another person was taken inside for an online logical test. I was confused but started the offline logical test. It was very simple, and I was 100% sure I'd clear it. But when the HR returned, she said I hadn't qualified. Later, I learned from other candidates' reviews that they reject candidates based on salary expectations and give vague justifications about not clearing the test. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're unsure about salary, don't waste a candidate's time or provide false test results.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • CIS: Tell me about yourself, your strengths, and your salary expectations.
  • Logical test involving missing numbers and blood relations.
