Senior Consultant
It was a pretty standard interview process with three rounds. There were analytical tests, and also a part where I had to tell a story, plus questions about the domain and CRM. Mostly, the questions were about consulting and solving problems.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?

So it was basically college placement, from my college and two others. First, there was an aptitude test. I was actually late for it, but it had basic math and verbal questions and was about an hour long. The students who passed that then stayed for the interview. It was an HR interview where they asked some analytical scenario based questions. Lastly, the students who were selected had a final one on one interview with the VP of the company.

The interview process involved three stages: first, a basic aptitude test, followed by a technical round that covered previous projects, skills, and banking domain knowledge, and finally an HR round to discuss salary, strengths, weaknesses, and reasons for seeking a new role.
