Applied online. Saw the role was reposted a month later and emailed to ask what was going on. Was then invited for a video screening call with the recruiter and then a face to face interview a week later. I followed up three times over the next two months, as no feedback or outcome was forthcoming. Was eventually told that the position was being pulled after a "strategic decision by our HR leadership to restructure the role to better align with evolving team needs.' A fairly embarrassing experience to have been exposed to

I was contacted by email after applying for a role in Spain, by someone from HR from another country. I was invited to an interview with the local HR and the GBS - Lead PtP in Spain. The interview involved talking about my CV and then questions related to different situations I've experienced to show my skills. They said they would contact me about the next steps. After some weeks, I noticed my application on their HR platform was withdrawn, which I didn't do. I contacted them about this and the selection process but never got a reply. The withdrawal from the HR platform is weird and I never did it, so I contacted them to ask about that and also about the selection process. I never received a reply, which shows the quality of the HR department and the company.

This company, which is quite well-known, provided a disappointing interview experience that lasted three months. It involved an initial phone screen, followed by a video interview, and culminated in an all-day event with back-to-back panel interviews with three different groups. Although they use Workday for recruiting, it's not very effective, as my application status never updated from 'Submitted'. It seemed like HR and the department were disorganized. Interestingly, some of the same job postings have been up for over four months. Some comments from the panel interviewers raised significant concerns for me, so I'm glad I won't be working there.

  • Panel interviewers are instructed to ask a set of behavioral questions.
