The interview process was very clear and organized. The HR lead was engaged and always available for questions. They provided guidance that helped me prepare and set me up for success. It was the best interview experience I’ve had in years!

started with a recruiter call. then had a situational interview over video for an hour with the hiring manager and HR, asking "tell me about a time when..". followed by a second situational interview over video with two directors. I was told if they needed to narrow down candidates further there would be a case study section but this was not required in the end

Behavioral Case

So, I went through a few rounds of interviews, and honestly, it felt like a lot of the same stuff. First, there was an initial screening call with HR that lasted about 30 minutes. Then, I had a Zoom call with two people from the team, one from HR and a manager, and they asked questions in a sort of tag-team way. After that, there was another Zoom call with two different managers, and it was pretty much the same kind of questioning as the first call. I made it to the case study round and had the interview time booked, but then, just a few days before, HR called to say they weren't moving forward with the role. It turns out this same position had been advertised before and was posted again later. I'm not even sure they had a clear idea of what they were looking for.
