It was a 2 stage interview process. The first stage was an initial HR recruiter call. The second stage was with the HR Business Partner, the Head of Sales, and two Senior National Account Managers. There was no presentation, and it was mostly competency-based. What was ironic, throughout all stages the interviewers talked about how diversity and inclusion were in their vision and they are recognized as top 100 employers, but the interviewers were all Caucasian (4 male and 1 female).

It was pretty standard, all things considered. I met with the commercial director and an HR person face-to-face. There were some problems to solve that were task-based, and then we just talked more generally about my past jobs and if I'd be a good fit for the company vibe.
