Intern
The interview process was a bit different than usual. I had a week to record video answers to interview questions using my webcam. They'd give me a question, and I could record my answer as many times as I wanted. It was a little weird, but just make sure you dress professionally on top, even if you're wearing shorts.
- What makes you unique?
- What are your interests in the position?
- Why would you be a good fit?
Intern
Intern
Submitted my resume through an employee referral. Had to submit 6 video-recorded answers to HR (February). Then had a brief phone interview with HR (April). Got offered the job over the phone in May. Didn't talk to the hiring manager until after I got the offer.
- Tell me about times you worked in a team. What was your part and what did you learn about yourself from it?
